Is there any brains functioning at headquarters? can't get replies and you think everything that has happened fits into one tiny thread so you can hide most of it inside a endless maze of pages???? get real!!! this is messed up and you guys either 1. have no clue how bad or 2. just don't care and are playing games with your customers.

no reply to pm's or support tickets yet you can spend all day closing threads like they fit into your 1 little place, that's crap and you have to know it, you JDGAF

And razia you have your mailbox off and you've keep lying to us all for months saying you guys can't fix it. Not bad for a tech company, can't even fix your mail??? ya right lies, lies, and more lies. It's ridiculous how far kabam will go to deceive..........

lol the forum is made using vbulletin one of the best forums out, would take any proficient web developer next to no time to fix that mailbox just go into the admin panel and sort it, if it really couldnt b fixed just remove the user and create another....with the same name and mod priveledges........but thats too complex for them....

The merging and moving of threads is designed to help organize the thoughts and opinions expressed here on the forums-- for both players and moderators a like. If there is a hot issue (such as the troop duplication issue, for example), it is very helpful to keep all discussion about this topic in one thread. If there are dozens of threads about the same topic, it gets very difficult for moderators to manage and reply to these multiple cases.

With all discussion contained in one thread, moderators will be more easily able to read and respond to the community feedback.

You closed a poll related to it also, there's no harm in hearing your customers feedback if you're an honest company. You closed it without thought to it actually giving feedback as to how badly this has been handled with an actual poll showing you in real numbers not some congested thread. If you really have interest in hearing how bad it is from a player pm me with a acct I can contact you with and I'll give you expample after example of crystal clear wrong doings by kabam. I've contacted support and pm'd kabam employees on the board and cannot get a reply to real questions. This isn't how a customer should be treated.
