Still missing troops from server downtime

I'm missing tons of troops from the server downtime, and from a previous issue.

The first issue was a battle bug that took approximately 60,000 vampire bats and gave me no battle report about it. ref:_00D301HgIt._50030LnOtZ:ref I was asked to provide a screenshot but I am unable to do this beyond what I did during my first report because I never received a battle report. The screenshot I provided was one from the alliance page, and is long lost by now, in that original report I described the exact troops for both sides.

The second (from just after server downtime) was I had troops on march during the server instability after the game came back online and they never came back: 60,427 snipers, 6,186 armored trucks, 100 trucks, 100 slashers, 4,482 nosferatu, 7,197 reapers have all vanished with no battle report either. This is the Fourth time I've reported this now, and I have yet to receive a response that my report has even been received.

My losses were not as large as yours. I am a new player, but I lost two rounds of troop training. The first was scheduled to finish about 15 minutes after the maintenance shut down. They had been training for over a day. The second group started training when the first completed and finished sometime during the extended shut down. I have written a ticket ( what everyone said to do) but I have yet to receive anything other than the computer response that my message had been received. The two 8 hours speed ups don't begin to cover the time spent on training much less the resources which were removed when the training was qued up. I had several missions lost after the computer supposedly came back up. Again, no response from the good folks at Kabam.

I do know they're working on these issues, but everyone in my alliance who has had their stuck troops, missing queues, and various other problems fixed has received some type of acknowledgement from Kabam that the report was received. I understand tons of people have problems, and I know they're working on them. Without getting a response that they've at least received my report I have no way of knowing that my report hasn't mysteriously vanished just like my troops. Just tell me you got my report, and you're working on it. That's all we want to know Kabam.

Ok, so now it's Tuesday, the holiday weekend is over, there is absolutely no reason for me to have no response yet. When am I going to get a response simply letting me know my report has been received?
