    Angry Cross tournament awards added wrong!!

    Resolve my issues quickly?? I’ve sent 4 support request about it and you haven’t even acknowledged that I’ve sent a message at all let alone resolve my issue. Please at least contact me to let me know your aware of the problem!! Below is a copy of my last 2 messages about it.

    This is my 4th email about the same problem. You have yet to even acknowledge that I have sent an email.
    You have upgraded the WRONG items in my throne room from the last cross world tournament.
    Please fix my throne room!!

    Items to be upgraded as put in your survey.

    Item # 16 wondrous table of resistance +2 upgrade
    Item # 19 wondrous window of resistance +1 upgrade
    Item # 28 wondrous chair of magnitude +2 upgrade.
    After proper upgrade Item # 16 and item # 28 should be at +8 and item # 19 should be at +7

    The upgrades you applied were to item # 18 and # 19 and I believe item # 23. Item # 18 received a +2 upgrade when it should not have received one at all. Item #19 received a +2 upgrade when it should have received a +1 upgrade and item # 23 received a +1 upgrade when it should not have been upgraded at all.

    Come on people, how hard can this be? Seriously ….
    Majorly disappointed here in your customer service…
    May I suggest that you create an item that will apply a +1 upgrade that can be put in our inventory that would allow your users to apply their own upgrades?

    Similar happened to me. I had 4 successfully awarded and still one outstanding. I have written to kabam to no avail. not even a response from them.. wtf is going on

    At least you 2 got something I received nothing and to make matters worse the item in which I wanted to upgrade disappeared and I feel ya with the no response to the messages. It's a big concern to me when I spend my hard earned cash for this game and get treated like a second class citizen. I still have yet to hear from anyone except the robot messages. I will not spend another dime they can find another cash cow this one is going to greener pastures.

    yep i agree giving us a item to upgrade our own stuff is a hell of a lot smarter
