I got beat up by 40 pyros one time and the guy was only lvl 200 and i was 700. I reported it to kabam and they didnt do jack squat bout it. Gave me some generic reply.
Myth, are you sure that it was the only attack on your base?? I mean like your base wasn't damaged by any previous attack??
And after filing a support ticket, you usually get a mail. Reply to that mail, so that someone can look into the matter.

lucypher - upgrade your warpgate building to be able to attack with more troops
mythmaker - this is not a bug so if you suspect somebody of cheating it is best to report the player you suspect cheating
you can do that by clicking HERE
Just be aware that people can always use a troop boost and warp boost to be able to defeat higher level players.
Warp bonus and troop boosts arent squat for real.
