Any new update on the situation Kabam?

have had 10 marches stuck for 2 weeks now talked with kabam last week they gave me 2 blood pacts an told me they was workin on a fix.didnt see any changes so i messaged back and now their sendin me fourm links like we never talked and now wont reply even when i sent a pick of what happens at their servers when recall is hit. it sends a resopnse form their servers as a non processable error.after the i dont care its not us attitude they have i dont really see a point in puttin anymore money into a glitched game am quittin kabam games an if i do decide to put money into another game ill make good an sure its not commin from a company who could careless if a few ppl who did put money into it gets the shaft.my advice is to drop kabam like a bad habbit till they can atleast fix their own games or atleast act like you matter to them.

I have recived a reply that the problem is on theyr top priority , and it is possible to get a fix during today , however even if not today , it will happen , you shouldnt feel yourself discouraged , i got 7 troops stuck as well . also got asembly level 10 , also donated , but glitches happen , as long as they are working on it , i dont mind waiting a bit.

For what its worth I lost 50k nbats and 49k vbats during the server repairs. Never got a response to my ticket, but a lil over 24 hours later my troops randomly popped into my window with my general marchable. Must be a first come first serve sort of deal, but they are definitely returning troops and gens.
