My opinion that is shared by many

You guys just screw everything up and instead of fixing it you just create new realms and more problems. You keep intentionally making it damn near impossible for anyone to play if they do not regularly by rubies only to miss that most of your players do not buy rubies. Do you really think your ruby players will continue to play if the non ruby players all quit? You don't want anyone to use a 3rd party add on script to help them but your game requirements would require people to either buy tons of rubies or play non stop 24 hours a day in order to get what is needed to keep growing. You have been given MANY suggestions as to how you can improve the game but instead of listening you choose to do the exact OPPOSITE of what is suggested therefore adding MORE requirements that require us to either be INCREDIBLY lucky with fortuna or INCREDIBLY rich to buy rubies.

If you really want to make money of off any of your games the first thing you need to do is LISTEN to the people who are playing your games.

And when you get tickets submitted for game issues or other issues you should try to RESPOND by FIXING the issues and not ignoring them then apologizing for the late response.

Go ahead and delete this post since you don't want to let anyone know what people REALLY think. I have already screen printed this post for many others to see.

Can you please give us a few examples to go with instead of ranting? I see what you think, but not why or how.

if you want examples look at a few of the other posts on these forums, loss of troops to camps not listed properly, challenges met and no items recieved, stuck building cues, the list is ENDLESS.

Also you can simply go back through the multitude of tickets submitted and the surveys that you requested we answer that I am sure if they were answered they were not positive.

    I have very specific issues.

Even though I had a level 15 Muster Point, I was only able to send 2 simultaneous waves, for 27 days. I submitted 4 tickets, and it finally cleared up, but many fellow players are still experiencing this problem. During this time, I was unable to compete in most of the contests. I dropped from the number two all time power taker to number 3 (yes, that's how far ahead I was over most. It took a month for them to catch me).

Resources do not build when I am offline if they fall under about 2 million. This isn't a big issue, because I usually am rich in resources and use a high resource balance to get people to attack me.

I receive "unknown error" about 15 times a day.

My drop rate on level 10 anthro camps for elite ingredients has been about 17% since I started keeping track, about 5 months ago, and banshees drop at a rate of about 1800 talons for every 1000 attacks.

But the number 1 complaint is that everything that Kabam develops decreases my opponents appetite for risk, so that Player vs. PLayer action is rarer on this game than any other game I have ever played. I can't believe that you actually have to bet people to fight, in a war game.

Most of those people are easy to cope with, but the muster must have been a big problem... The unknown error, I only had 1 of those in the last month... The Drop rate is random, but that must suck having bad luck. And finally it's the players choice to attack someone and defend. Caution is a real factor in war.

Anyway, I'm thinking of putting all the bugs in one PM and sending them to a Kabam employe, if you have a bug that can not be commonly fixed please PM me with all the info you can type.

Why do this... There is a Bug reporting section on these forums. Surely a much better use of a "moderator's" time would be to clean up the multiple postings there, combine the "of a type" reports, answer the ones that are not truly bugs but misconceptions on the part of less experienced players and generally make it easier for the Kabam employees to sift the reports from that forum. That way we would see IF the forums are of any use and maybe, just maybe the reports in there will be taken seriously by the company!

Surely you are not serious? When I compare this forum to other game forums, the difference is dramatic. This one is literally filled with reports and complaints that are unresolved. I am a beta tester and forum mod for another game and I routinely refer players and staff to this forum as a prime example of how bad things could be.

The support system alone ought to be a source of shame for Kabam. Prizes are routinely not awarded (or awarded late), support tickets go unanswered, players missing troops for weeks, in-game bugs that simply aren't fixed...I could go on and on.

This is also the only Beta game I've played where the development team is remarkably unresponsive to player needs and feedback.

Finally, this is the only game forum I frequent where, honestly, the forum mods are routinely sarcastic and dismissive of player concerns. While I want to say it reflects poorly on Kabam, I finally decided that no, it reflects precisely Kabam's attitude toward its players.

I have the same Muster Point issue; my MP is level 9 but I can only send 5 marches at a time!
Forget that, yesterday I lost half my army, because I defended against 1 wave of attack, but when I wanted to unwall, I got Unknown Error! and this went on until I had lost my army! If my troops aren't returned, I'll quit the game! This is unfair, I was online, I had the opportunity to, and was trying to unwall, but the game didn't let me!

Only Kabam employees can see the tickets and surveys that have been submitted. The moderators here are just volunteers.

If you were a volunteer would you want to take the time you could be doing something else to go back through that forum and clean it up? Half the threads in there aren't actually bugs, some of the threads have bugs that have been fixed, a lot of them are players not realizing that the error is something they did wrong or not realizing how a game mechanic works or the reason something is the way it is. It's much easier to start over and have people send you a single bug "report" than to weed through a thread with 10 pages.
