The only 'random' losses I've been hearing about seem to be from people who are; a) using the Water Dragon, getting their ATs killed sometimes or b) just failing to use ATs in the first place and hoping for the best, or c) fooling around with different combinations that are unproven, then calling it 'random' when they lose.Originally Posted by Mister_Devil
Are you saying that there are random losses of marches containing 50k (or more) LJs + 5k (or more) ATs & either the Stone, Fire, or Frost Dragon? That would worry me a little, but so far I have not heard of anyone losing a march like this. Of course, this assumes proper research levels -- 10 -- for all the relevant areas.
Just to be safe, I use 64k LJs + 36k ATs w/ Stone Dragon. Why go for the bare minimum? If I loose these troops too, though, I'm screwed. =P

Has anyone tried sand striders?
As an idea out of the blue possible combinations could be:
- Striders + Random GD
- Striders + Serpent or Wind Dragon (as a meat shield)
- Striders + 1 LJ + Random GD

I just found a Fortuna's Ticket in a L11 camp.
I feel sorry for that fire dragon
The water dragon sucks, for level 10 camps when I risk the RNG I use 94999 lbms, 5000 ats and a fire or stone dragons... with a water dragon they die pretty much 100% of the time
With level 10 camp, I use 50K banshee and any dragon other than fire dragon. So far for lvl 11 camp, I have used 40K LJs and 10K AT's but have lost my AT's 2 times so far in different realms (once with water dragon and another time with wind dragon). I'm not testing 45K LJ's and 15K AT's with all but the 2 mentioned dragons (and forest dragon that is about useless).
