The 0 gems chest is not available for some of us, yes i looked in shop. plus kabam doesnt recognize we have more then 10 friends on koc, so can not even get our 2nd city deeds!! please help~ Shanna

Thats what I'm dealing with also. Plus none of my facebook friends in the game are showing either.

You only allow so many player to get ALL the deeds then the rest of Us are at a huge dissadvantage and then on top of that you don't even have the bugs fixed for us to even get anymore deeds. Then why open it to more than the ones you let have all the deeds.
Yep there's none there Big question is if your like me and bought your 2nd deed will we be refunded the gems spent hmmmmm?
