ok my friends did not go over and i am blocked from getting dome

i am blocked on getting friends on the game it pop's up a lock and i can't pass it i can only build on town i need help it said i could have all 8 towns for free yet i can not get but on whats the problem with kabam now

This sounds like a problem with your Facebook not Kabam. Try reviewing the settings on your Facebook account as far as privacy goes, you likely have something activated on your Facebook which blocks requests from apps.
