500 gem reward??

You guy recently and still do have a limited reward offer of 500 free gems within the first purchase of any of the m packages. This happens to be reason why I decided to buy some gems because I thought it was such a good offer. However I do not have the 500 gems that should have been rewarded me. I feel a little bit cheated. Now i did buy the gens within the deadline(new user, theres only so many hrs you are elligible) and if my head serves me right I should still have over an hour. Am i missing something?? Probably a catch i suppose. What can you guys do?

Seems like there was a catch. You don't actually receive the gems. But u get items worth 500 in gems.
