    some questions

In alliance chat I see people having help tabs listed so you can click and shorten their build times; how do I get my own builds listed on there?

Second, if I encamp troops at a wild, do they still require food upkeep from my city? If my upkeep exceeds my production, can I still build more troops so long as I continue to have the food stores to supply the upkeep?

How many barracks should I build? I have 5, but I'm thinking of bulldozing some villages for more. I have a population of 30k and something like 19k idle. Citizens are only used for fieldwork right, so I should never need that many even once I have a ll my fieldplots full?

When you start a build or research, go to speed up and you will have the option to request help from your alliance.

Encamped troops do eat food but only the food of the encamped city. Many players have a large negative upkeep in their attack city, and produce food in their other city. Troops will not die if they aren't fed.

You are dead on about barracks. Build as many as you can. 14 fully upgraded barracks with a decent knight will train 1000 tier 1 troops in less than 20 minutes. Just remember to queue your troop builds as often as you can, as idle population goes back up not long after queueing troops.

What if the troops are encamped at a wild? Do the eat the food of the city they came from?
