Event: Cityscape Takeover!

when will the prizes will be awarded for this event - i have take controll of this cs for around 20 hours or more than that so razia could you please tell me when will we get our prizes ??

READ THE FORUM BEFORE YOU CREATE WHAT IS NOW THE 3RD POST ON THIS SUBJECT. We as players really need to keep the forum clean so they can answer our questions, I'm sure they don't like goin through and cleaning it up. Which would take time away from them answering our questions. This is exactly why we don't get answers very fast.

if they either a) gave us the information on it in the news or b) answered the first post that someone made nobody would have to post multiple threads about it
the reason why it takes them so long is because they are inept and useless not because people create multiple threads, your arguament would be valid if razia did her job and replied to any of the posts about this when they arise instead of ignoring them like usual. i dont see how hard it is to employ someone to answer questions on the forum full time, razia comes on for like 5 or 10 minutes maximum a day. its a joke like the rest of the company to be fair.

Seriously, you are going to deny that reading the forum for that ANSWER first is what you are supposed to do. If a person had done that they would see another post about the same issue. They will not, and have never responded to multiple of the same post. They actually merge them, which takes time. Time that could better be used to answer the question that was asked in the now 5 posts on this. Doesn't make sense to just start a new one because you are unsatisfied with the response time. Also Kabam never responds on the weekend, which is why the ending of this competition was at the worst time, because I'm pretty sure they had all gone home by the time it was completed. So for future reference 8-5 PST Monday-Thursday you will get an answer, any other time you will be waiting, like we are right now.

I am wondering the same thing. One of my crew members held the CS through the end of the tourney and has not received her prize. And no one in my family has received the promised training whistle we should have gotten for defeating the CS during the tournament. Usually tournament prizes are awarded very quickly (one of the few things Kabam does correctly), can we get an answer of when the prizes will be awarded?

1) In one of the posts on some other topic, I remember Razia posting that these calculations regarding events (like Build, upgrade, training) etc. are done manually by the Kabam team... (LOL)
And so there's the usual delay of one week handing down the prizes...

2) Considering the above point, we can get how long it might take them to calculate the timings all the players occupied the CS across all the servers (ROFLMAO)... there's doing the calculations manually man...

3) Kabam doesn't work on weekends, we're unlucky this event ended on the weekend...

4) They award the prizes for some events like Total Respect, PvP etc because they have real-time data with them.... I don't think they are technically adept to track the real-time data for this event...
e.g.: I alone have at least 20+ pages worth of reports regarding this CS event... good luck Kabam and ourselves on this...

no update here razia? might not hurt to do one post a day updating all contests and events with outstanding prizes yet to be awarded. Could help clean up this mess and at least keep us informed even if it's taking longer then expected.
