OK, so we know we are not alone. There seems to be a fair number of us who have high level Muster Points but get the queue is full message on our 2nd, 3rd or so wave. I think the all generals taken is a subset of this issue, as DOA probably sees marches as being "out" that include generals. I believe most us started with a bunch of report waiting messages, and troops missing. Many of us manually brought the troops home through the muster point, but that didn't seem to clear out whatever march counter that DOA uses.
Everybody I know who submitted tickets on this has received automated messages back, or responses that had nothing to do with the problem described. There seems to be no urgency on Kabam's part to fix this. I am going to send my fourth ticket on this today, but I don't expect any resolution.
We need to understand the magnitude of this issue. When I mention it in WC, other players say they are also experiencing it, but haven't submitted tickets, because they don't expect Kabam to respond to individual tickets and are just waiting for a mass fix.
However, I have seen that many of the Forum users are experiencing the same issue, and the same frustration in dealing with Kabam.
