    Thread for all people who are unable to send the full amount of waves

    OK, so we know we are not alone. There seems to be a fair number of us who have high level Muster Points but get the queue is full message on our 2nd, 3rd or so wave. I think the all generals taken is a subset of this issue, as DOA probably sees marches as being "out" that include generals. I believe most us started with a bunch of report waiting messages, and troops missing. Many of us manually brought the troops home through the muster point, but that didn't seem to clear out whatever march counter that DOA uses.

    Everybody I know who submitted tickets on this has received automated messages back, or responses that had nothing to do with the problem described. There seems to be no urgency on Kabam's part to fix this. I am going to send my fourth ticket on this today, but I don't expect any resolution.

    We need to understand the magnitude of this issue. When I mention it in WC, other players say they are also experiencing it, but haven't submitted tickets, because they don't expect Kabam to respond to individual tickets and are just waiting for a mass fix.

    However, I have seen that many of the Forum users are experiencing the same issue, and the same frustration in dealing with Kabam.

    1. If you are experiencing this issue, please respond to this thread, as Kabam needs to understand the magnitude and the level of frustration.

    2. If you have any ideas on how to get through to Kabam so that they solve it, also enter it here.

    3. If you have a hilarious rant about your frustration with Kabam, please type it here, as playing the game is excruciatingly dull right now.

    It appears to be a realm specific bug. It's not happening in any of my realms, I only know of it from here in the forums. So please give that information too.

    It is not realm specific, it is random. I'm effected by it on 2 accounts but my wife's 2 accounts are not. mine are on brazos and claremont and so is my wife's. she has max waves and I only have 1 wave on claremont and 4 on brazos.

    I am on Janus, and know of other players on Janus experiencing this. I have heard from players on other Realms experiencing the issue.

    Just because everyone in a realm isn't affected doesn't mean it's not only certain realms. I'm playing in 10 realms, and no one is mentioning this problem in any of those, that doesn't make the issue any less, it's just affecting those realms. The point is, the information is needed to sort the problem. Not just vague reports of "I'm having this problem too".

    I post my own post but nobody would post there. I don't know why but I don't want to know...

    I have problem sending wave out on Diamond and I am not the only one there.

    A lot of us have submitted tickets, including screenshots. Here is the non automated portion of the response I received from Kabam.

    I thank you for your patience while our team works day and night to resolve this
    incident. We are taking into account all players that have attempted to raise
    their power in ways unintended by the game. Keep in mind any player that has
    attempted to take advantage of this will be dealt with accordingly, but for the
    time being we must ask that you please remain patient.

    Obviously, they are referring to somebody else's incident, or they just dragged down the first auto-response in whatever trouble ticket software they are using. But I have included a screenshot and a history. However, it is clear that I am not the only one experiencing this issue, and, while it may be realm specific, it is relatively wide spread, and somewhat frequent. Enough so, that there are several independent threads and responses to the thread.

    I have a level 10 muster and can only send out 8 marches..."the specified queue is full" is the only message I get...very frustrating when trying to wave attack. I have gone thru the auto response suggestions but to no resolution of the problem... very annoying indeed...I am in Yarara realm.

    i cant launch attack, error , the queue is full , i recalling my bd and message error too and loosing all ressource on spectral outpost.
