Put some forum moderators to work with all the extra revenue your making and start answering peoples questions and concerns. This is insane to not have any kind of information given to us about anything.
It would be nice to see the announcement caravan give us info and not just trying to sell us crap.
It would be nice if you can make the TR buffs completely work in all domains.

It would be a big waste of time to post a thread like this and not respond to the people posting in this new Kabam Thread. You gave a little bit of hope to some players now step up to the plate and give us some feedback.
1. when will domain merge happen and dont be vague at least give us a season of a year lol
2. when will all the tr buff and debuffs actually work?
3. why are you segregating domains by offering enhanced domains special separate offers such as "Arthur’s War Banner Challenge"
4. do you feel is it a proper response to a complaint ticket to have a automated message say your ticket has been closed due to high volume of complaints?
and if not, are there any plans to address this failure to acknowledge tickets in the near future?
5. are there any plans to do something about the constant crying in the forums about the throne room due to lack of understanding of the throne room cards? perhaps some sort of throne room guide that expands upon the description of the items effects or an employee who could answer player questions on a consistent basis.

When are you going to end the disaster of the throne room
When are you going to do something about the lag, like for example limiting the amount of food that a city can hold each day and cut down on the amount of raids going out overall
When are you going to get a customer service department
When are you going to implement something everyone asks for, instead of things we don't want, and when are you going to be honest and not say everything new has been well received when it hasn't been.
Remove words like slight can, might, and could, from offers on chests, and be honest that if you buy one, you are gambling, and what the odds are of actually winning the prize.

i do believe they stated this....... I would like to use this thread as a place for you all to voice your opinions in regards to particular issues you have with the game and for me to help answer some of them as best I can.

Hola he estado jugando durante unos meses a este juego y al final lo tuve que dejar por aburrimiento. 8 meses despues vuelvo y lo veo igual o peor. ¡¡¡¡¡100000!!!!! talismanes para un puesto avanzado ja, ja, ja, ja esto es una puta locura como lo del puñetero tiempo para subir nivel, ¡¡¡¡¡hasta 15 dias!!!! ja, ja, ja, me rio por no llorar es de puta pena este juego. Le han lavado la carita con lo de la interfaz y lo de seleccionar las tropas (q por cierto estaba mejor antes lo q han hecho ahora es una cagada) pero aunque la mona se vista de seda mona se queda. Y no digamos lo de las actas de finalizacion, ja, ja, ja, otra soberana torpeza de este juego ya que tenemos que encomendarnos al azar y claro asi vamos de culo para subir de nivel, crear algunas tropas, etc. Si Kabam quiere sacarme los cuartos lo lleva claro. Este juego es una locura es de locos y creo que Kabam lo esta. Pero claro de tonto no tiene un pelo si quieres avanzar gastate la pasta. Lo lleva claro. Bien podia haber pensado un poquito mas en las personas que buscan entretenerse y dar un poquito el brazo a torcer q tampoco es para tanto, Pero claro el ansia del dinero ciega a las personas. Asi pasa que muchos nos desanimamos y nos vamos. Y no digamos de la ventanita dichosa que t dice "ha ocurrido un error". Esto tampoco ha cambiado. Apañao esta el Kabam.

can some1 explain how 1 person can get upgrades to +5, 3 in 1 day yet others dont get 1 +5 upgrade in 2 weeks?
