You'll receive these items for your second Warp Gate:

Level 7: 1-Hour Accelerator
Level 8: 2.5-Hour Accelerator
Level 9: 8-Hour Accelerator
Level 10: 15-Hour Accelerator
Level 11: 1-Day Accelerator

Upgrades must be completed by noon PST May 14. Upgrade fast for maximum warp power!

I have a command center on a1 of level 11 however i tried so many times to build the 2nd gate warp but it give me a message error saying that building is not meeting requirements. Will this problem will be fixed in the right time? else it is no use to have such tournament while these problems not resolved yet.
