I came from Evony and on there you can train troops very fast if you have a good hero. I have been playing this game for about a month now and it takes forever to build troops. Am I missing something?? Are troops trained the same fashion, with a good hero?? I have 13 lvl 4 racks and 1 lvl 7. and to train 5k LBM's it takes me 22 hours?? UNEXCEPTABLE. Some help would be great. Thanks.

With what you have your training calculation looks like this:
13 lvl 4 Garrisons and 1 lvl 7 (59 total upgrades and 14 Garrisons). Building 5000 LBM (basetime of 343 seconds).
= (5000*343)/(14+((59-14)/10)
= 92703 seconds.
= 25 hours 45 minutes 3 seconds.

The training times for troops is only effected by your Garrisons and TC's (dragons also using the dragonry and rookery to increase training times).
Increasing the level of your Garrisons and building more is the only way to increase troop training time.
