Level 10 only says "The guards are keen to the attacker's rackets and scams". I think it is a wise idea to use a Don's Blessing on the Wall and the Guard Post and Front Gate.
All this means is that you see the attackers name. Not worth the don's blessing. In fact all the things the person said above aren't worth don's blessings...
