When the spectral altar says that the mausoleums will not fill above capacity what do you actually mean? It not very clear!!! Does it mean you can get unlimited number of souls during that 12hrs and if so when the 12hrs run out will you still have the souls if you are not able to get the all reviving???

No, it means that your maximum amount of souls cannot exceed that of the capacity of your mausoleums, the altar increases the souls recovery from combat 25% plus base recovery.
After the 12 hours it goes back to base recovery, and any troops recovered would still be in your maus.

What Ozzy says is correct. The altar simply gives you a boost to soul recovery for a limited period of time. It has no effect on your total soul "storage"

Just to clarify another point on this subject also. The soul capacity does not include souls that are already IN revival. So if you have 100k capacity, you could theorhetically collect 100k souls and start them reviving. Then collect another 100k and queue them up. Then collect another 100k and queue them up.... for as much Blue Energy as you have and as many Dark Portals you have.

Also spectral alter and spectral marker "stack" meaning ,if they havent changed it, you can recover 30-45% ( random ) recovery from research , plus 25% additional with alter , plus another 10% with marker .... essentially having the ability to recover 65-80% of lost troops.
