What this means: You will have to prove to a judge that Throne Room upgrades and enhancements have market value not just value in use. Market value is the typical measure of consideration for civil actions. A lawsuit of this nature will probably end in a summary judgement in favor of Kabam.

Throne room cards have a market value. That was proven when kabam decided to sell a chest that gave you the chance to win a throne room card. The only way to obtain that chance is to have gems which are only available if you buy them with real money.

Also in some events Some countries / states are unable to participate cause the event is consider gambling which is illegal in that country or state although kabam says its not gambling...
