Keep attacking the same one over and over, will drop all pieces eventually

The higher the level wild the higher your chance is, I'm not sure of the exact drop percentages but keep at it, you can attack a different wild but it shouldn't make a difference [as far as I know].

Yes, the exact same wilderness can give you all pieces of the corresponding armor. However, I've had better luck attacking a few wildernesses (sending a wave or two at one, then switching). Could have just been my luck though.
Do you have to wait until all of the troops and such have re-spawned at the lake in order to receive the armor? If not, this makes this all a lot faster and easier.
No, you can do spam attacks. Of course there is a limit to the amount of attacks you can do because each attack must have a Dragon to have a chance of dropping armor.
