Does anyone know if a bonus like troops get for "Fortitude" or 'Vengeance" stacked with the bonus from the Ziggurat?

IE: "Fortitude" is 20% to defense and a lvl 6 Ziggurat gives you 30% to both attack and defense. Would your final bonus for your troops be +30% for Attack and +50% for defense, or just +30% for both because the Ziggurat at lvl 6 grants a higher bonus than "Fortitude"?
