I would like to know what exactly is the purpose of the helio dragon. It took over 300 waves to get the egg and all its armor. Then I level it to 9, send it on 1 attack and it goes down for 6+ hours. How is this durable?

I play in 4 realms.
Talisker: Over 450 attacks with NO armor!!
Mina: Over 300 attacks with NO egg!!
Hoffman: Over 300 attacks with NO egg!!
Brazos: Over 300 attacks with NO egg!!
****Drop rates are ridiculously low!
And I'm not the only one, by far. ALL my alliance mates are experiencing very similar drop rates, or rather lack thereof.
I also thought I had read that the Helio outpost was supposed to have a population boost as one of the benefits? If that is the case, why do my houses have the exact same population per level as my other outposts and city??

So anyone know what real purpose the dragon has yet? I haven't even started trying for it and it looks like I won't be any time soon.
At lvl9 his stats are the worst of all dragons and if you send an attack, 6:15h to recover (aerial combat lvl9). It's looks like a piece of shit.
If anyone knows something useful, please tell me.
We are hoping it does something with new troop, but not holding our collective breaths.
Sent him at level 10 with level 10 everything against a level 10 anthro camp with 90k lava jaws. 7 hours, 20 minutes to recuperate (also, no health left). Compared with water dragon or great dragon (43 minutes and 2 minutes, respectively), this thing sucks. I haven't seen such a poor performance since the game's start, where even sending a great dragon against a level 1 wild would have resulted in 8 hours of heal time.Originally Posted by Bregalad
And while we are on the subject of Helio Dragon and its OP, I got a sneak peak at the new outpost troops. These things are just abysmal, stat-wise. I'm fairly sure that Kabam gave this OP far more hype than it really deserved.

The population bonus works. It'll add in the bonus to your overall population even though the houses show the regular value.
And now over 2000 hits without a single piece of Helio armor.
I am more than 380 attacks and only 1 piece of the armor on the GARONNE !! pffffffff
4000 hits and no Helio armor. It doesn't exist.
