Can we buy a second city deed and build a third city. I dontvthinknsomas it wouldt be called second city deed for nothing... Assume we need tonawaitbthe release of a third city deed and fourth, or just revise the deed to say city deed. As of now, nobody should buy a second city deed if they already have one as it won't work for a third. Same with crests. Dont waste them on second city. Keep them. However,mid I'm wrong kabam, please let me know.

Also whats the point of winning second city crests when one already has a second city? Can these crests be used against something else? Pointless in winning them in pict camps...

Please explain thierry future use...
