Major bug

Hello, my in name game is gouldness an I purchased the 240 gem deal in order to get the mystery crest chest for free. After making my purchase I opened the chest and it said "congratulations! You won a second deed" or something of the sort. I now have no second deed or even any crests from the chest. Wtf! I payed to play this game an now I feel a screwed. Can anyone help me out?

Ok, if you won the 2nd city Deed as you say, You'll see it in "my items" tab, for the items page. To use it you have to own a plain in the world map. Once you own it click on it and then click on the "+" sign to use it to build your second city.

If you won crests, you have to build a Round Tower (if you don't have it already) and clicking on the Round Tower will show you the total of crests you won

However, I am still 25 gems poorer! After reading some other posts in this forum regarding poor customer service and shady business practices, this experience is very unwelcoming. It is almost as if you are looking for ways to take away the "freebie" gems so I have to purchase more. I was enjoying the game and considering purchasing gems to show support for what I thought was a solid and fun product, but not anymore. If this is how your company does business, the only support I will showing is towards the growing number customers reporting you to the BBB.

YA I am having to agree with most other people on this too. Kabam - you really do have crappy business practices. I have been having an issue where I cant even buy gems because the app wont let me. Kabam is insisting its either my phone or my iTunes account, which it is neither. They send me an email stating that they are working on the issue and that I should check up on the forums for status updates. Which is why I am posting here - KABAM you dont have a fukkin thread regarding my issue - so how can I find updates on MY ISSUE !!??!!

did you try to build the second city from the world map and not from the shop?

you can't use the deed from the shop, you have to own a plain, click on it and building you second city by tapping on the "+" you will see on the top right when you click on the plain

Thanks for the reply but that has absolutely nothing to do with the issues I am having. I can not even buy gems through my app on my Iphone. I know for a fact that the issue is NOT my iPhone nor is it my iTunes account. The issues are with your application and it has been well over a month now and you still have not found a fix for the problem yet.

I have my round tower already built which took longer to build than the rest of our buildings - Thank you very much for that . . . .

Due to the issues I am experiencing I have been forced to do the following -

For the last month all I have been doing is attacking pictish camps since the day the second city has been released. I attack pictish camps to no end each and every day with very little drop rate on the crests and I have completely wiped out my army a total of 8 times already and I only have a WOPPING total of 5 crests. In My opinion this is the worst way for us to try to obtain the second city.

Kabam makes us promises all the time but then never follows up on them for example - I just got an in game mail from the developers at Kabam stating the following.

Come on guys get your shit together and fix the issues that players are experiencing. I am only remaining in the game right now because my alliance doesnt want me to leave. I have told them all that I am giving you (KABAM) one more week. Should the issues not be fixed and I cant buy gems or the drop rate increases dramatically then I am not playing anymore and KABAM can go find other people to play there crappy games.

Hi Moosie,

I apologize for the inconvenience. I can't give you any viable advice about your inability to buy gems, players support handles individual issues. One thing (I'm sure you tried already) that seems to help is to delete the App and re install it. If you didn't do it yet, try it but make sure you have a KabamID so that you can re-log in after downloading the App.

About Attacking Pictish Camps for Crests, It's hard I know, and we will make it easier with increased drop rate and new regeneration time.

About the regeneration time, we had to delay it to avoid glitches and bugs that would have caused major issues. It will be implemented soon
