Throne Room Event! ... doesn't work

If you DEFEAT a PLAYER’S CITY with a level 7-12 castle, you will have a 100% chance of getting a Throne Room item! ....
I done many attacks but I got no throne item as reported in this example ...

Actually your problem was you didn't hit a recently enough active player. When you hit a city in order to have a chance at receiving a throne room item that person has to of had to log in within the past 30 days. After the 30 day point you are unable to get throne room items from this person until they log in again.

I actually think that the problem is the wording.

If the wagon message said if you DEFEAT a level 7 - 12 city... then you recieve a report saying your 'Victorious', the assumption is that you defeated the city. You are either defeated, or victorious.


Of course, my wording of this sucks, as well.
