    6 weeks same error kabam wont fix it!!

    im getting an error msg saying the queue is full when I try to upgrade a building in my ice outpost, after 7 weeks and about 20 msg to kabam, its still not fixed, I have tried collecting from the silos, burning it down 50 times and even nulling training camps, but nothing works. kabam need to fix this but just dont give a sh*t about their customers, i sure as hell will never buy a ruby again.

    Do any players know a fix for this?

    have you deleted cookies, and all that from your browser? that usually does the trick for me. also, try accessing the game from a different browser than what you normally use.

    Hi yes thank you, i have done that, i have tried fire fox, chrome and even internet explorer, i ran virus scans, cleaned everything out, cookies, history , temp internet files, its still the same.
    when i collect from the silo, the bar for building flashes, i have even tried to do this fast and speed the building tab, but this doesn't work either.

    Someone in another country even logged on my account from their pc, the problem was still there.

    I might as well give the game up as i cant play it. im so annoyed kabam wont fix this.

    i am surprised you lasted 6 weeks beating your head against a wall..that sure is definition of patience. wow!

    Wow I have had this exact same issue!! but its only been one month for me.
    I wrote letter after letter and finally after getting angry... they assured me it would be fixed withen 24 hours and in the mean time, I would have medallions credited to my account... almost 48 hours later and NO medallions... NO fix. Its BS

    Reply to it, telling them it's still not fixed. That's typical of some of their "fixes". They tell someone to fix it, then assume it's done and tell you it's done. Reply and they'll get it fixed pretty quickly.

    I have messaged them back... and now the waiting game begins all over again

    I have the same problem in Gaea outpost. I have tried cleaning cache, cookies and changing browser. I have contacted the kabam support but they haven't fixed the problem.

    Im in the UK, i give my log in details to a DOA friend in Canada, Its still the same!! after 8 weeks im seriously annoyed. My choices are give up the game, or carry on being annoyed for another 6 months. they will never fix this! they wont even give me a personal reply, its just, here read this on the forums. That doesnt help, maybe they are about to go under as a company??? they cant carry on with no players and a lot are leaving over crap like this, the rest have stopped paying for it..

    Funny how they are still trying to get us to pay for rubies, Kabam can go to hell, try 10 weeks of the same problem, i tried the spys and speeding, it doesnt work, the bar doesnt flash, i asked kabam to fix it, guess what they did ----- NOTHING----- as usual, so yet another ruby player leaves the game. i wonder how many more will go? dont waste your money!!! you are giving it to a company who DONT CARE ABOUT YOU!!!!!
