    No response from Kabam support

    Kabam has stopped replying to help tickets. All you get is a robo-reply with unrelated links. It seems clearer than ever that Kabam is completely bailing out on KoC!

    i get a reply every time i send in a ticket sometimes it takes a day or 3

    That is maybe true in some cases depending on how important your tiket is...if you purchased gems and didnt get it that is higher than if you lost 100k archers on an attack or your tired of throne room not winning..or whatever... I have in 3 years experienced replies within 72 hours..always resolve my issues and usually more than I request.. I am not saying they are right or wrong...but they do respond to issues in order..that is a fact...

    PS still not a fan of throne room...think it is hurting a game we long players love with a passion...luck has no place in a skill game...message from kabam..deal with it or leave...we must decide..

    Like everything else in the way kabum are sending the game it seems that getting the automated reply from the koc bot, which directs you to random threads on here, or actually getting a reply, which usually is not helpful and says your ticket is closed, or that a similar comlaint from you on the issue has been closed so this one is closed, is the norm.

    We all know that when the site went belly up the last time the first thing kabam put right was the ability to buy gems, we know where their priorities lie.

    Yeah they dont bother these days at all only make moore money
