Recently i attacked a lvl 7 Gang (im lvl 12) and destroyed it completelly. Then at the end of battle i recieved a message saying that i dealt too much damage than my troops could have done (wtf?). Deployed 20 lvl 3 bike thingies (the first ones).
Now i my game doesnt even start. What the hell is going on?

Simple answer to this they caught you using troop hack
