We all know there have been many screw ups, either as glitches, game downtime, or bad calls on changes introduced.... and writing to Kabam's customer service team is a soul-destroying task, especially when they have 1000s of such letters to sift through. Similarly, there is limited involvement of Kabam in the forum pages directly.
So to have more chance of being heard and making positive changes to the game, you have to go to Kevin Chou, CEO for Kabam Inc. I expect his work email is email@example.com, else he is available through his LinkedIn page (http://www.linkedin.com/in/kevinchou) or on Twitter (@KevinChou). A 1000 letters sent directly to Kevin will do so much more than a million letters to the Customer Service Team.
So when there are issues, let's go straight to the top and make them board level topics of discussion!
(incidentally, I don't expect the above contact details to be an issue as this is all puiblicly available information, and CEOs are answerable to both shareholders and customers)
