Until Kabam change he log in process there is no simple way to play the same game over multiple devices. There are major synchronising issues between the game and the server when trying to play from multiple devices simultaneously. For that reason alone I doubt Kabam will ever implement that ability. The best you could hope for is they simplify the process of logging out and logging back in again so you can switch between devices quickly.

In fact, you can play as the same user on the ipad and iphone, but not at the same time. To do this, you should be registered user at kabam. If my guess is right, and you want to play with the same user and the city, then you need to register at first, and then use login as kabam user on the second device.

at the moment there is no log out option in the App, but you can install the App on another device and "force a log in" with the same KabamID, this will automatically log you out from the 1st device

ps Once you registered a KabamID you can't go back to your original game unless you delete the App completely, when you re-download it the App will recognize the iPhone ID and you can play your old game. could be risky though, you could restart from scatch.

I switch between my iPhone and my iPad all the time. Just login with the same KabamID when you install the apps, and force an app refresh from the help menu when you switch devices. it will not work to play both simultaneously. I have not had an issue with it so far.
