I've tried contacting customer service about this issue but they send me a link to basic trouble shooting thats no help at all. I have a complete silver lvl 3 set and a lvl 4 armory but im still not receiving my armory set bonus can anyone help. Thank you in advance
I am also not receiving my research bonus to cash even though im getting it for everything else
Are you wearing the full set of silver. You have to have it all equipped for the bonus to take effect. Also there is no research bonus for cash.

I have level 10, 9, and 8 sets and I am not receiving any bonuses either...what's up?

(1) go to correct armory level and right click "equip"
(2) do this for each of the four items. As you do so they will appear in the top "equiped" item slots.
(3) when done for all four it will state "set bonus for bla, bla, bla bla, 20% or whatever..." in the top slot location.
(4) in order to actually see the bonus working you must refresh your browser.
