You know that depending on your downtown lvl you can control more wilds? Well here is the difference of each wasteland benefit.
Lvl 1 Wasteland: 1 more wild is able to be controlled.
Lvl 2 Wasteland: 2 more wilds are able to be controlled.
Lvl 3 Wasteland: 3 more wilds are able to be controlled.
Lvl4 Wasteland: 4 more wilds ares able to be controlled.
Lvl 5 Wasteland: 5 more wilds are able to be controlled.
Lvl 6 Wasteland: 6 more wilds are able to be controlled.
Lvl 7 Wasteland: 7 more wilds are able to be controlled.
Lvl 8 Wasteland: 8 more wilds are able to be controlled.
Lvl 9 Wasteland: 9 more wilds are able to be controlled.
Lvl 10 Wasteland: 10 more wilds are able to be controlled.
The benefit only applies when you have built an outpost on it.
