the ppl that run kabam are a joke you are quite happy to answer stupid questions, but when we have a serious problem they pay no attention to you i have emailed you about a dozen times and you people just ignore me..............................................YO U PPL ARE A BUNCH OF CLOWNS GETTING VERY ANGRY WITH THE LACK OF RESPONSE SO IM LETTING POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS NOT TO BOTHER DUE TO SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SO IF YOUR THINKING OF JOINING ANY KABAM GAMES I WOULD NOT BOTHER THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS..........................................

Moderators are volunteers they do not "WORK" for Kabam. As well from my experience mods or more than willing to try and help way more then the support team however all they can do is give advise they can not fix the issue for you. As well they only know so much they don't know near as much as support, They should have a support personal look through forums daily to answer certain questions for which the Mods can't/
