Training glitch for multiple cues

There is a training glitch for me when I try to train multiple cues. Somehow they are being overlapped.
Example:
Yesterday I had 500 venom troops in training in the swamp op that had 27 minutes left to finish.
I entered 40,000 venom troops to be trained when those 500 were finished.

What happened was the 40k venoms overlapped the 500 that were previously in training.
The training bar jumped straight to about 25% and it just did not add up.
I cancelled the current training cue, thinking it should cancel the 500 that was in training first.
Instead, it cancelled the 40k venom troops and the 500 venom troops resumed.
I have written support but they will not help. Now I am out of all of those resources and swamp scales because of this training glitch problem.

I have hit camps 8, 9 and 10 but have only gotten 1,000 swamp scales all day.
It is very hard to keep moral up when nothing is working as it should and kabam only seems to care about taking more money when we have no way to enjoy what we have already spent.

Here it did it again in my stone op. I had 100 ogres that were scheduled to finish in an hour, I put about 25,000 ogres in training and they over lapped. I am not sure if these will even show up at all when they are done. Should I cancel and waste the roots or continue to risk wasting time or magic?

send that screen into support in a ticket as a visual glitch. Ask them to verify that what is really going there is what u intended to cook.

I submitted the screenshot to support as a game problem with what I said here. This is about the 10th consecutive problem that has hurt my account and they have ignored. These forums have 10x more hope for help than support tickets. If I persist to bug support about this, they will ban me for harassing support like they have done to my friends.

No offense but I have a better chance of being banned than helped at the support tickets.

Nevermind I guess.
After an hour when the 100 ogers were scheduled to finish, they showed as the correct amount. I used magic to drop the time so I hope they are ok when they are done in a week.

It's usually just a visual glitch. The 20% less training time on Kabam made this more common, but using speeds on troops will cause it sometimes to. When a speed causes it, refreshing usually fixes it.

I'm still upset over the 40,000 swamp scales I lost when I cancelled the 500 venoms that were marked for 27 days because of this glitch. Swamp scales are no longer dropping properly from camps or lakes so it will seem to take forever to build them back up!

my situation was a little different, i was training minotaurs when in the empires tab i had 2 different sets of minos training in my city at the same time it was rather odd but it really dosent matter because i was gonna use them for an entertaining run at a camp
