I think they have a good question, just not maybe worded the best. Let's try this, how do you delete your base so that when you leave the game the person who is twice your lvl and hits you 6+ times each day doesn't have a place to continue farming?
I think you can send in a support ticket, but getting banned your base is still there, but it is removed from all lists, the only way to find it is to attack from a saved battle report or use a base GPS
Don't worry about it, if he's twice your level he's getting insignificant amounts of exp, and the amount will get even less significant as he levels up and your base doesn't change. He will also not get much in the way of resources from you when it gets to the stage where your supply depots are empty.
And that is why I quite today. I understand it's a game where you hit each other, but if all I can do is be someone's farm, then I don't get anywhere and it's not worth playing any longer.
Join an alliance, doesn't have to be a powerful one. When you have spare resources, offer them to the alliance members, and when you need resources, ask for them off an alliance member.
If no-one has resources to give you, pop a shield and use exp boosts to gather enough resources. You don't need to spend platinum to do this, kabam hands out plenty of shields and a decent amount of exp boosts (especially if your alliance is on the map.
You should very easily be able to become more powerful whilst being farmed, and just make sure you don't leave resources lying about and people will stop farming you (unless they're farming you for exp, in which case, change your base layout)
