Hundreds.. if not THOUSANDS of players have complained about DOA's glitches and issues. Stop insulting players' intelligence by thinking we're too stupid to notice that your developers seem to have ENDLESS free-time to create new awards and promo announcements all the while while you *claim* to have your developers working "around the clock" to fix your server problems which have now been going on for a steady 2 weeks! Tell me, how long does it take to get new servers online? Furthermore, WHY does a professional gaming company like KABAM which receives this amount of traffic via Facebook and their own website -- *not* have *everything* backed up to a secondary system as well as NUMEROUS backup servers at the ready in case a catastrophic failure like this should occur? If KABAM *did* have everything backed up -- why is it taking so long to fix the problem -- especially if KABAM *truly* has their people "working on it around the clock to address the issues"?!?! The game is unplayable. Instead of fixing the game, KABAM has the time to put up promos and awards and other adverts to tempt players into buying more rubies or items. If KABAM spent HALF the time *fixing and maintaining* their game's servers that they do constantly wasting their developers' time creating adverts to PIMP the game with new awards and promos -- they wouldn't be losing money and gamers DAILY.
