Did you send enough at's to carry 10 mil worth of resources?
That you "got" the 10million in res, which thus far meant that your troops could carry the load.

Yes, it's happening to me too. I send out attacks and even thought the BR says I got the res, my troops come back empty handed. And when they do come back with resources, it's like 1/5 of the amount they're supposed to have. Bringing res from silos does nothing, food does not go up. It's not an AT problem but a Kabam problem. It's starting to get frustrating because the two days ago it didn't happen that much, now it happens with 8 out of 10 attacks; and I need food to train and I can't get food. I can't even attack or spy other cities because "the realm is busy, try again later"... *rolls eyes
