Spend $525 and get GO & EO free, spend $2500 and recieve 4 GO & 4 EO free

I stupidly thought Kabam would honour their latest offer in Hannibal which ran till 11.59 pm PCT 12/03/12, I purchased the $525 GW cash to recieve 1 GO & EO free on the 12/03 b4 time elapsed to be recieved on the 13th March when offer was finished.
It is now the 15th March @ 2249 GMT & I am still yet to recieve said offer!
Anyone else out there that has had the same on this offer on any others that kabam have recently run?
Yet again kabam are quick enough to take your money but totally useless in paying out on offers..

Its the same as the Quick build crates for free but still havent been refunded. They keep screwing people out of money no more will be spent. Im another very UNHAPPY player
