Error about status online

I have this problem, I clicked refresh many times and nothing change, my status is still offline although I'm online, and they can attack me with 1 warp, please fix this error

This is also happening in malin sector... our whole alliance is chatting but everyone appears offline except for 6 people whose been stuck online we tried refreshing several time but nothing works. I check ourselves in the list playerlist and we appear normal and not online.

I too am showing as offline when I'm online. Tried refreshing and still shows as offline. This is on Google+, though a friend with the same problem said he's on Facebook.

Its a bug at the moment and i am sure Kabam is looking into it already.

I just wanted to add that I am experiecing the same thing as are others on the Andromeda sector.

same thing .. costing people 1 warp gettin hit 5 times as much ... can i have my resources back barry also i cant do upgrades as under constant attack because im showing offline. thank you.

I cant build or reseach or anything can you please fix it. Started last night around 11:00 and its been 12 hours since the and still the same problem. I tryed refreshing my page and loging out and back in still nothing. now can you fix it?

Does this still lock you out of your base while the attack is happening?
