Gold has gone.

This morning my research completed so I went to start a new research - but was not able to do so.
I found that all my gold (1,800,000) had simply gone.

In addition to this, the 4 Knights that were set to specific dutie within my castle had been unassigned.
This knight problem has now occured 3 times in the last 2 days.

Can Kabam shine any light on this.

I forwarded the Gold issue to the engineers , they'll look in to it!

The Knights that un-assign them self is a Known Issue...working on it

I am also having gold disappear from my city, and my knights are unassigning themselves(though I think that is due to my gold dropping to zero for no reason). This is happening in Merlin 12 and my Player Name is RCCCL. My production of gold is currently 4003/hour and with my highest level knight assigned(all I've had assigned for awhile) deducts 1440 from that. so i should have a net income of 2563 gold/hour, yet twice now, I've logged on to find that all of my gold apparently disapeared, unassigning my knight, as there wasn't any gold to pay her, and starting my gold at zero, with whatever was produced afterwords. I've lost millions of my gold and one of my allies' gold that he lent me after it happend the first time.

Has Kabam addressed this yet? I'm having the same problem in my second city. My net gold production is positive, but when I log in in the morning, my gold is almost zero and my knight has been unassigned. Player name LadyDi. World Percival7

I would like to second that request. This ticket was opened in Feb 12, 4months ago now and there is no posted solution. I also notice many other posts that have never been closed out? Is there anyone actually working on debugging? Some of the reported bugs seriously affect gameplay.
Good practice is to provide regular updates - even if there is no news, just so people believe you are trying to address it.

I have logged bug reports, and all I get are the automated responses telling me to "reboot".
I never actually get an interaction with a support person?

Many of you are wondering why your Gold is depleting. Here's a possibility:


Remember that when you train troops, idle population will be used for those troops. This means population that would otherwise be producing Gold will be producing troops.


When this happens, your Gold income WILL decrease. If you use all your available population in one training session, then chances are your Gold income will be insufficient to pay your Knights' salaries. This will cause your Gold to decline until you have none, which causes your Knight to unassign from their posts. Since population will restore over time, your income will eventually become positive again which explains why some of you log in in the morning to find you have Gold at a positive rate.


Could it be that many of you queue up troops as a final action before going to bed? If so, then this might explain your Gold situation.

This has also happened to me 4 times now! Last night when I logged in I had 1.2 mil and 4 knights assigned to jobs. My gold cost was 1500/hr and my gold production was 11520/hr. This morning I logged in and I have no gold left and my knights were unassigned. I had been training catapults last night but I didn't use all my population. Please help? This issue is very frustrating.

I to have lots millions trying to do research. I click a research, and the game would show a network error, and poof the gold is gone and no research has started.
