I have the same exact issue, I won a 14 days speedup or accelerator and there is no option for it in my shop or in my gear. WTF GIVES?!?!??

Your argument is invalid. We won these as prizes, it does not matter if there is not any upgrades that take 14 days to finish, but it could still be used on 3 day upgrades etc. We won them, we expect them. You don't go to a casino and win a jackpot on a machine and them not pay you out. We want out items we won.

I have also sent them a report and still have not heard back. Hopefully I will here soon.
