well if u ask me , in a month time on 3 different servers , ive never seen em on lilith's luck , so imo that info about winning them @ lilith's luck is false
so guess buying them for rubies is only option ;o

I was going to ask this very question haha, i have not seem then either on Lilliths luck, nor has anyone in my alliance, we are not $$ players so i guess we will never beable to compete, i know in DoA certain quests allowed you to get them etc, but it seems on ToN the only way to advance is to spend hard $$, time to look for a new game

This really is sad that the only way you can upgrade is to purchase when it says can be awarded in lilliths chance..... not a chance is what it should say! I play several realms and have never seen it on there or heard of a single teammate being awarded one..... so seems only if ur going to ruby up will u advance in this game.

I actually won a completion grant in Lilith's Luck today; they only started appearing there a few days ago that I saw.

guess they still had to implement them or change the chance of getting one ;o

I won one two days ago on lilith. Now my question is, where would be the best place to use it. City, warehouse, etc?????

warehuse would be the biggest waste other than nightblub. gotta save it for something like a barracks. u need lvl 10 stuff to get impalers and reapers
