hello I have a question that I attack bases maar am lv500

If you are asking what Maar bases you should attack, the answer is your level over 3 up to your level. So in both your cases 500/3 is higher than 150 but lower than 200, so you can attack 200, 250, 350, and 500 for a chance at the schematics.
Best estimate was 391 attacks on Maar pve factions ranging from 200 to 500 while in the appropriate level ranges. Finally got it off a 250.
i'm lvl 638 i've started when i was around 570 hitting the maar 200 for 70times and nothing....once i've reached the lvl 600 i've started with mar 250 (actually i've done 280 attacks...) and with mar 350 & 500 attacked 60 and 12 times.... i'm loosing hope....
I'm at 343 total I can see it's easy to lose hope but a lot of people got it after the number of hits you had.

Woo! Finally! I hit approximately 360 times total.
Finally won the plans with my low level alt, still working on getting with my higher level. Current level of my alt is 60 and I leveled up a lot while doing this so the range I could attack changed quite a bit. Here are my statistics:
Maar 13 - 16
Maar 15 - 17
Maar 19 - 112
Maar 20 - 119
Maar 25 - 118 (won from this)
Maar 31 - 42
Maar 37 - 18
Maar 40 - 9
Total attacks: 451
