Claiming Quests Rewards troubleshooting

Hello Lords and Ladies of Camelot,

Recently we released our biggest and best update yet: Version 3.0
We hope you are enjoying the new and improved features! Our favorite is the remote push notifications that alert you of your kingdom's activity.

Many of you have already noticed that some Quest Rewards, which showed up after the update, cannot be claimed. This is because of a recalculation of your "Base Resource Production" (which was actually supposed to be a fix).

If you cannot claim the Quest Reward it is because you actually do not yet qualify for the reward. Keep upgrading your Field plots to claim the rewards!

We understand the confusion and apologize for the inconvenience. We are working to find a way to fix this.

Yeah this happened to me with base food production. I increased it by upgrading farms to the proper amount but I still can't claim.

Hi Oakleaf,

Make Sure to check the Base-Building Production, that's what gives you the reward.

As it is right now, the game is telling you that you achieved it...when it's not true. We are working on the fix! Bare with us!

In the meantime to make sure you have completed the quest and then collect the reward please read this thread

I'm currently having this problem,,,,and I just started playing recently! Is there anyway to find out what the actual requirement is for this quest?? It says to increase Production to 5,000 ... right now i'm at 6,000 but it won't give me the reward for it.

*** found another post explaining the base production..I was wrong, things are fine now ***
