Hi! I cant add any bookmark on map Why?

I have Greenwich Village Bonds in the vault, purchased the GV Deed for 150 diamonds and my game in stuck. I have built 3 Greenwich Villages and when I sign on - there is a notification of the deed and your ready to build? I can not access any of the Greenwich Villages so I am in limbo until Kabam can reset. Can't build much more at my FN so I am dropping on the family status. Have sent two requests to Kabam - waiting patiently? Using Firefox on one computer and then IE on another, refreshed - restarted - just plain stuck!

To whom it may concern,

Recently our group (Hell's Kitchen/Tattaglia Family - Led by Bearhunter - Zalchi sever) won the Gold Medal in the Crew Tournament. For whatever reason, I was not included in the reward. If you look on my page, i've been a member of this crew since prior to the crew tourney. If someone could please reimburse me the package, it would be greatly appreciated.

GV and BK Bonds not dropping since June 20th, everyone knows it. No one on the arsdale server has seen a bond since the 20th. You may have dropped them to one hit in a million but at least tell us. Or fire yourself and find someone who will be honest on these boards for a change.
