    Quick Guide: Getting Started

    *Quick Guide: Getting Started*

    >> Completing Missions

In order to one day rule the world of Global Warfare, it’s important to learn the Basics! By completing quests, known as Missions, you gain experience to help you level and resources to help expand your nation. Missions will teach you how to accomplish a variety of tasks, and can be found by clicking on the “Missions” tab on the bottom left of the screen.

You can also check you’re your Recommended Missions if you are lost. Click on this icon on the top left of the screen if you need help getting back on the right track.

    >> Constructing Buildings

Buildings are an essential component to any successful nation. Constructing and upgrading various buildings will help your cities thrive by awarding different bonuses and resources --- everything from stone to help you upgrade your perimeter to attack boosts to help you in combat.

Each construction task takes a certain amount of time to complete and requires a certain amount of resources to begin. These requirements can be found when clicking on the building type you wish to construct or upgrade.

When you begin a construction, a timer will appear in the bottom right corner of the screen. This time counts down the remaining time for the active construction task, and can be sped up with the use of special items called “Speed Ups”. Keep in mind that you can only have one construction timer active at a time, so be sure to pay attention to the different requirements needed!

You can upgrade each building in your City and Field to level 10, however you will need to acquire a special item called a “General’s Orders” to upgrade from level 9 to level 10. You can win this item in the daily Air Drop, or purchase from the in game store.

    >> Tips to Get You Started:

    • When it comes to constructing a building or conducting research, only 1 of each can be queued up at a time. Multiple troop queues can be set at once, depending on the amount of Barracks you own, but we will cover this in a later section.
    • If you’re looking to chat or join an Alliance, try joining the conversation in World Chat!
    • While you are constructing new buildings, conducting new research, or training troops; make sure to keep an eye on your resources! You will need to find a new balance between investing in your resource buildings and expanding in other areas.
    • The placement of your buildings will not decrease their effectiveness, but if you wish to move buildings around you can always Salvage or Demolish it later.
