Downfall of The Godfather: Five Families
Ending your protection early on a new account on a new server has many more advantages than "turtling" under protection. You can quickly protect your recs by building up your warehouse way faster than most non-diamond spenders will be able to build enough troops to "break" your wall.
How do you train Pulitori units
You'll need to have either a Greenwich Village, Brooklyn, or Park Avenue neighborhood, with a level 9 hideout, 5 Level 9 apartments, and the required research levels. Greenwich unlocks the Smuggler, Brooklyn unlocks the Undertaker, and Park Avenue unlocks the Doctor. You'll also need favors; for every 1 favor, you can train 1 of these units, depending on which hood you have set up to train them.

It just automatically transfers. The diamonds balance you have follows you from one server to the next.
