    OMG, After they stole stuff from my inventory, they only gave me some back, I just got my seals for my 7th city and you all you know how much of a pain that is and they only give me back a few of my seals, just shows that they are hoping you go ahead and buy back what your missing,

If you can provide us with screen shots of the battle reports or evidence of your troops disappearance, I should be able to grant your account a refund.     You can't, that's how they're going to say "no I'm sorry I can't give _____ back to you..."

    This is like going into Walmart, Target or something and buying/paying for an item, then before you load it into your car an employee takes it away and says... "well can you show me a screen shot of it in your posession?"
