    Wow kabam stupid move :/, since most of the gem buyers are the ones that have the troops your capping your going to lose alot of money

    Lightbulb Really?

    There is a repeated pattern here that is the source of most of the gripes about KoC.

    There is the rush to get something out. Be it cities, guardians, game 'improvements' *aka make it look pretty even when it is not working* and get those gems selling. Invariably, these patches are not domain tested before their release. The game is patched to push these 'improvements' and a host of problems and chaos ensues that damages the playing experience for those of us who put serious time and effort into the game. Lets remember the release of the Guardians, the resulting 24 hour lock out, loss of troops and refusal to replace troops *against policy on troop glitches*. Sending troops out on marches to have them never return, and if replacements happen, mostly it is a fraction of what was lost. Cities mysteriously switch between defend and not defend *unknown error with no work around*, alliance chat can be hacked by other alliances *supposedly fixed, not*

    I can go on and on with the glitches on this beta game but here is the thing. If you are going to play KoC you no longer have the luxury of not spending money. Level 12 fletching vs level 9? yeah that would be really fair. Try and break a 'mega' city with a level 9 rally or try to defend without having at least some cats at your disposal. All doable but barely. And the further down the road KoC goes the more we are going to be required to spend on a game that is beta. City 8? Buried behind all these level 11 and 12 upgrades and not on the list any time soon of upgrades planned. And now the brilliant idea of limiting troops. Not all troops. The lower level 'free' build troops like archers that provide a decent defense but are required in high numbers to combat cats.

    Novel idea here. And it has been said. It is NOT the fault of your players that the PROGRAMMING was flawed. Stop PUNISHING people who have made you "game of the year" because your EMPLOYEES messed up. Talk to the Script people. They don't seem to have the same issues and often have KoC problems fixed before KoC does. We who have loved and made the game the success it is are tired of being abused when things go wrong beyond our control. We just want to play our game without all the hassle. After all games are supposed to be fun and all this stress is no where in the realm of 'fun'.

    Where have all my troops gone? Why am I getting blamed and troops banned because of other people cheating?? Kyle are you coming back to answer questions from anybody or just close this without helping anyone again??

    i purchased gems to complete my lvl 12 castle and start my lvl 12 rally and when i refreshed gems where gone catsle was back to lvl11 and the rally point was not building. one thing after another

    Im really sad to see the lv. 12 introduced without more preparations from Kabams side. This is increasing a gap for the new players and the "veterans". It will take longer time for them to catch up to us and at the same time they would have to be forced to buy gems to catch up to us. It took me 2-3 months before i initiated my first gem purchase. Since a lot of purchases, yes. I cant help thinking that this is a change that will make it harder to get new players joining the game, but an improvement for a small core of players.

    When lv. 11 was released i was really happy, but the lv. 12 to me is just a joke. I have yet to break down and buy it.

    One way to work on this would be to change the quest reward you get for city 7/8 to be a Divine Providence. So there would only be one level between buying and not buying. 2 levels is just too much.

    Since we have raids our domain is dead. Now there is Level 12. That is 420 gems per city to upgrade. I am not buying gems because we pay the same price as the Americans only our amount is in euro's. So europeans pay 40% more.

    I have won some DI's with tournament and with Arthur, but to go to 11 I have spend money. I am fine with that as long as the prices are reasonable, and in my opinion they are not, especially if you compare them to console games. So now with L12 there it will be hard for me to do some damage with my L9 rally points and L10 fletching. Picking on small mighted players just pushes them out of the game, which will lead to a dead domain in the end. And if you start over in e new domain you have to buy all your DI's and DP's etc. again.

    If you want to keep the players in get the competition back in the game. Do something with the raids, they are a huge advantage for the high mighted players. the free daily gifts become useless once you are done buidling and no one needs the food any more, same for the boxes who needs fertile winds, 20k of ore or gold or a squire's hourglass. Get stuff in that can help new players to catch up and that keep player with a small budget in the game (portal, doves, auras, DI's, DP's, cats).

    So please no more extra levels. Focus on improving the strategic aspect of the game and bring back the fun. And reconsider the prices of the items in the shop, divide them by 10. Now and upgrade of all my castles to L12 would cost me 294 euro. I am sure you will sell more than you do now, because once you start buying you will come back for more. Oh, and make it possinle for me to buy gems in dollars.

    I hope the game improves and that we are just in a summer dip, otherwise I am going to quit.

    It seems more and more things you guys put out cost money. It also seems like at this rate there will come a point to where only players with money can be the most successful. What do you guys plan on doing to counteract this and make it so everyone can experience things like level 12 buildings? even if we have to work for it...
