Also, I'd like to argue this. while contacting them doesn't really get replies (except on the forums), the problems are often fixed. Glitches are too be expected, and the team undoubtably works hard to fix them. with games as intricate as theirs this can take some time. If you look at the number of games and the number of realms on those games, you have to realize how many servers they must have. As for rubies/diamonds, that is how they make money for those servers. The accounts are free, and you can progress and gain power just as well without rubies. Sorry about ranting a bit, but I'm tired of all the unreasonable Kabam hate.

this is no unreasable hate, the problems where there from may 2012, and they never answered or did fix the problem, they just got rid of the game as they are not willing to fix anything.
as to realize that people putted money AND time in it, this should have been fixed in the 1st month or maybe max 2 months.
so in my and other peoples eyes they lack on everything, except to spam the mail box to buy rubies.
if they choose to run that many servers, they should have an team running to hold an eye on it, and if they get that many complains there should ring a bell, BUT NOTHING.

so yeah they failed realy hard, complain as many as you want about my post, but its 100% truth.

Play wartune from a kabam server, you cannot get support. Simple, i tell kabam i have an issue with wartune, they tell me go to this site, i go there, it is an rs2 game site, u cant send a support ticket, it only will allow you to send a ticket if you play the game from there server, not kabam servers, i tell kabam. what do they do, they send me to same site, but the site does not support kabam servers, so when i try to make the ticket, i can not. TBH i do not see waht is so hard to understand. All they have to do is make an account, and try to make a ticket. But they wont, or they have and dont care. So can u understand what I am saying now, or maybe your just idiots. there are allot of people that spend allot of cash on that game from there servers, they should really fix the issue and say sorry to people.

Kabam do not care about the people playing any of the games , they blatantly rip people off and when they complain (when we eventually find the place to complain ) they just say ill pass it on to the dept. that deals with it( ,omg, like they cant deal with it there and then , that's what they get paid for ,) but no one bothers after that .I have been ripped off so many times , its disgusting , its pointless complaining really but i live in hope that one day they will grow a brain and wake up to the fact that if this treatment continues they will have no one playing their games

How about opening up a Kabam based forum for WarTune? Cause we're having a major server issues on S14 and we have no way to post about it. R2 forums is no longer accepting registrations, and besides, we're playing this game on KABAM servers, so i would think that Kabam should perhaps have a little bit more support for their players on this issue. Heck, putting in a support ticket shows that it's not even on the list of games that we can choose if we have an issue, i had to select "All" when it came to this. You support Wartune on your website, you should SUPPORT Wartune, not just let R2 handle all the issues when they wont even let us register for their forums!

My message is for administrators of Kabam and the people organizing the game. I think they should make an urgent cleaning in all sectors. is a great lack legal players to players as hackers do with the game which they please. I am outraged. in my industry alliance holmberg 9 BROTHERS BAND rank 1 is full of these individuals hackers. should you remove them all. is a shame that you can not enjoy healthy.

I agree with davinci27, and also if you could make it so that when a player decides to stop playing in a realm we can destroy our cities and let them return to first cities and so letting new players into the realms to stop them from dying off .
